ran 2.4 km this morning...11:12 min...quite slow...but at least i ran..

finally got a chance to take some days off from work..
lolz..ran the Tiger Trail 04 yesterday..so shag..
i think the total dist was about 14 km, minus the knolls you choose to climb..
really tiring...i ran up 6 knolls only..very average...
i'm not a good runner...and long time never run somemore..
nearly die halfway..

it's really hard to climb the slope after you have ran a dist lorz..
and on the way down..it's so strenous to my knees..
till now..my knee caps and back are still aching..
never in my life had i ran for 2hours non stop..(okay..there were times when i stopped to walk)

i guess it's time to train up on my running..
